SO SLOW it's painful especially the DT. They ignore you if you go inside and are trying to get their attention for pick up orders. They don't prioritize mobile orders. So frustrating.

So disappointed. I always hated going to this location because the service is so slow. Today was extra special because I sat in line for 30 mins with 3 cars ahead me. Car #1 and #2 each had one drink and car #3 had 2 drinks and a food item. And the food item came out 15 mins before their drinks. And I couldnt even leave because the drive through is molded for only 1 row cars and there were cars behind me. I ordered a frozen pink drink and a mocha cookie crumble frap and they were both melted by the time it was FINALLY my turn. Aweful and never going back.

June 24 at approximately 1:03pm. I walked in and walked up to the counter. Approaching the counter was made eye contact with by an employee who didn't speak or acknowledge me at all. Stood at the register for approximately 20 seconds and still zero acknowledgement. I turned around and walked out. A simple, we'll be right with you would have been great. That was once how people treated one another. If I have to speak or acknowledge you first when I walk into your place of employment then something is backwards. Do better!

There is a serious problem with this location. There is simply no consideration for the time of the customer. I’m currently sitting in line for the last 24 minutes and still 4 cars from the window. I ordered online. There’s simply no explanation for how extremely slow service is here. It’s worth just driving to the nearby Oak Point location- this location is always a disappointment. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Starbucks is just a regular place now. Staff seemed like they were just there...not rude but definitely leaning toward done. Asked for a frozen hot chocolate no coffee... got down the road and realized the label said frappe and it had a coffee shot in it. Oh well.
